Updated: 31 August 2026
If something is broken, confusing, or simply not behaving as you expected, please do write to us. Don't Drop Dinner is made by one person, so every message is read by the person who made the game. We cannot promise a reply to all of them, but we do our best.

My progress disappeared
Progress is saved on your device, not in the cloud. Deleting the app, or moving to a new phone, does not carry it over. If your progress vanished without you deleting anything, email us, that is a bug and we want to know about it.
I paid to remove ads and the ads came back
Open the game, go to the main menu, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. If ads still appear after that, email us and we will sort it out.
How the controls work
Don't Drop Dinner is a 2-player couch game designed for one screen. The screen splits in half for each player, and each half splits into two touch zones (outer and inner) to tilt your pan left or right. A touch starting in your half stays yours for its whole duration, and sliding your thumb between your two zones changes tilt instantly.
My score is missing from the leaderboard
Two players share one score, and it is posted to the leaderboard under one nickname. Posting needs an internet connection. If you were offline, the score is saved on your device but was never sent. The leaderboard also refreshes periodically rather than instantly, so give it a little time.
Someone's nickname is offensive
Open the leaderboard and tap the nickname to report it. Reports come straight to us, and a nickname that breaks the rules is reset to a default one such as Chef_4821. The person you report is never told who reported them.
Remove me from the leaderboard
Email us the exact nickname. Because nicknames and scores are public, we cannot confirm from them alone that an entry is yours, so we may decline requests that look like they were made in bad faith. We aim to complete removals within 30 days.
